Northern Appeal's Lawncare and Snow Removal offers a full range of services for both residential and commericial customers. If you manage a business, retail development, or commercial property, the appearance of your grounds is an indicator regarding the quality of your operation. Northern Appeal has lawn care and snow removal programs for your private or commercial property that can be custom tailored to suit any budget. Northern Appeal uses commercial mowing and plowing equipment to provide our customers with professional results.
Northern Appeal Services and Pricing
Pricing:
Storm cleanups: Based upon amount of damage, but will consist of downed branches and trees. Debris will be cut up and hauled away.
Mowing:
Residential prices for signed contract customers: .0034 cents per s/f of lawn. Average sized 90x100 city lot with home is about 7500 s/f of lawn. Price per cut would be $25.00. Seasonal contracts are good up to 24 cuts a season, however, with signed contract we will cut the lawn up to 27 times at no additonal cost which would equal three free cuts. Customers who buy a seasonal contract in full will get an additional 10% off the contract price. A 7500 s/f lawn would cost a customer $600.00 per season but with the full contract the price would be $540.00 with the 10% discount. Prices are good for mowing, trimming and blowing grass clippings off paved surfaces. Any other additonal requested services can be negotiated.
Non-contract mowing done will be charged .0040 cents per s/f. A 7500 s/f lawn would cost the customer $30.00 per cut.
A minimum fee of $20.00 will be charged for any yard.
Commercial rates: For a 7500 s/f lawn the price will be .0067 cents per s/f. and would cost the customer $50.00 dollars. Same conditions as above apply to commercial cuts. Season cost would be $1200.00. With contract paid in full up front the price woulc be $1080.00.
Non-contract mowing will be charged .0080 cents per s/f. Same 7500 s/f lawn for non contract would cost $60.00.
Fertilizer:
We offer a four time a year fertilization process to customers at the rate of .0054 cents per s/f. A 7500 s/f lawn would cost $40.00 per application or $160.00 per year. If paid in full up front all four applications would total $140.00.
Spring and Fall clean ups:
Consists of blowing leaves and cleaning up debris from yard. Based on the 7500 s/f example the cost will be $2.00 a s/f. The cost will be $3.00 a s/f if customer prefers to have the lawn raked. The cost for a blown off 7500 s/f yard is $150.00. The cost for a raked 7500 s/f yard is $225.00.
Irrigation:
Irrigation start ups costs $50.00 for residential customers and shut downs start at $75.00. Commercial start ups and shut downs are determined by size.
Snow Plowing:
Residentials driveways with signed contracts: Contract will be good for up to fifteen plows, however, with the signed contract we will extend the amount of plows to eighteen at no extra cost. All contracts paid in full up front will get a 10% discount. Residential driveways will start at $15.00 a plow depending on size of driveway. If customer would like the driveway salted, an extra charge will be negotiated prior to service. A smaller end driveway with a season contract paid in full would be $200.00. If not paid in full it would be $225.00.
Non-contract residential driveways will start at $20.00 dollars a plow.
