Northern appeal is a small locally owned business serving the Musekgon, Muskegon Heights, North Muskegon, Roosevelt Park and Norton Shores area. Northern Appeal is owned by Jimmie Fox and Rory Rought. 
Both of us had like-minded ideas about owning our own business and put our minds together to come up with Northern Appeal.
Jimmie has worked in law enforcement for the past fifteen plus years for local government and decided to venture down a different path by being a business owner. He is still serving in law enforcement due to his strong passion for helping the community. Jimmie is also been through seminary school and serves as a deacon at his local church. Jimmie has been married for several years and he and his wife have several children together. Jimmie has a strong work ethic and is a valuable rescource to Northern Appeal. If you catch Jimmie away from work you will more than likely find him out on the golf course taking in a quick eighteen holes.
Rory has also worked in law in enforcement for the past ten plus years and is currently serving at a local government level. Rory has also had a strong ambition of being a business owner and decided that lawn care 
and snow plowing were in his plans. Rory also has a strong work ethic which reflects in the work done for Northern Appeal. Rory has been married for several years and has three children with his wife. Rory has been involved with local churches since childhood and shares the same type of religious values from that experience. Rory is an avid hunter and fisherman and loves the outdoors which is part of the reason Rory chose this type of business venture.
Both of us believe that providing a true proffessional service at an affordable price is mandatory. We are both working class people and know the value of a hard earned dollar.
